TeRMS & CONDITIONS:

- All characters are aged 18+, regardless of size or proportions.
- The client must be 18 years or older. By purchasing a commission, the client maintains that they are 18+.
- The client is encouraged to provide their own sketch, references or other material to support their idea and help the artist understand their vision.
- The client understands that the commissioned work is digital, and so no physical items will be exchanged. This means there will be tracking number or address exchange. Once the commission has been completed and emailed to the client, the artist will change the status of the item to ‘shipped’ on the PayPal invoice.
- The client will pay the full amount before the creation period begins.
- There will be up to four check-ins, depending on the level of commission purchased: Sketch, Line Art, Colouring and Shading.
- The client is entitled to be refunded the full amount until they approve the sketch, after which they may be refunded half the amount paid if they choose to cancel the commission. They may ask for modifications to the sketch and cancel the commission if they are satisfied.
- The client may request up to two modifications per stage of the work. Once a stage is completed, the client may ask for a single modification to the previous stage, but may not ask for a modification to a stage before that.
- Light modifications are allowed to be made to the finished work by the client, including effects, stickers and other items that do not obstruct either the character or the artist’s logo. If there is no background in the finished work, then the client may add their own. Modification of the character art is not permitted in any way.
- The artist retains the right to modify and reproduce his work freely. The client may reproduce the finished piece for personal use, with credit for the artist. For example, if the client uses the work as a profile picture on social media, then the client must credit the artist in the biography.
- Once finished, the artwork will be emailed or messaged to the client for final approval
- If the work is intended for commercial use or in any way to bring the client monetary profit, an extra fee will be added depending on the intention of the client.
- If, for whatever reason, the client decides to use the commissioned work for monetary or commercial use, without informing the artist when commissioning the work, then the client should pay the owed fee determined by the artist. Failure to do so would result in a breach of contract.
